Non-Refundable Products
Orders for products with a specified lead time are non-refundable once placed due to the custom manufacturing process initiated. Please ensure you are happy to wait the lead time period before placing your order.

Unopened Products
Items that are unopened and in their original condition may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Opened but Undamaged Products
Opened items that are in new, undamaged condition may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 10% of the item(s) cost, with a maximum fee of $50 per item or per order when multiple items are returned. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged Products
If an item is returned in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of 10% on the refund amount, subject to approval, with a maximum fee of $50 per item or per order when multiple items are returned.
